Little Kids Inc. is looking for a Global Supply Chain Analyst to support the operations process between international and domestic manufacturing. This person will be the primary point of contact with Third Party Logistics (3PL) for day-to-day operations and will support inventory to ensure shipments are routed in timely manner. We're looking for a thoughtful, team-oriented person with a passion for detail accuracy and learning. The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload to support on-time shipments. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing high volumes of work and has a strong work ethic.


Domestic and International Manufacturing

--- Manage purchase orders and bills of materials for domestic vendors and manufactures

--- Plan purchases and shipment schedules from domestic vendors and manufacturers based on demand

--- Assist in managing international manufactures with purchase order writing, analyzing costs and cost break levels along with helping to maintain on time delivery to customer.

Warehouse Operations

--- Primary point of contact with 3PL for day-to-day operations including but not limited to container unloading, inventory transfers between facilities, managing inventory requirements needed to support LKI requirements and customer shipments made from 3PL

--- Manage movement of containers and products in and out of 3PLs

--- Oversee inventory control at 3PL by reconciling on a weekly basis, receipts, transfers and customer shipments

--- Act as the warehouse liaison and point of contact to Retail Operations to ensure priority shipments are routed in a timely manner

--- Ensure shipments are booked and shipped within agreed upon parameters to make sure the warehouse has visibility to forward shipments (4 weeks out)

--- In consultation with Retails Operations and the Warehouse, determine if certain orders can ship from 3PL

--- Manage all specialty shipments from 3PL. Ensure the 3PL has sufficient inventory and that shipments are made within agreed upon time frames

--- Responsible for overseeing domestic pre-ticketing, including ordering the tickets based on customer requirements, making label proofs, placement proofs and gaining approval from customer

Inbound Containers

--- Work with forwarders to assign inland truckers to inbound loads

--- Work with inland truckers regarding deliver to address (LKI/3PL)

--- In coordination with Retail Ops determine container priorities and appropriate deliver to address for unloading/shipping

--- Coordinate NY live unload delivery schedules with Warehouse at LKI and 3PL

--- Maintain new inbound container report to make sure truckers are assigned to containers and to assist Warehouse/3PL with container scheduling

--- Manage inquiries from forwarders via email (HTS code, missing docs, invoice questions, etc.)


--- 3 - 5 years of experience in warehouse or operational support or similar experience

--- 1 - 3 years of experience in project management

--- 1 - 3 years of experience creating, implementing, and measuring process to drive operational efficiency

--- Bachelor's degree preferred
