We are looking for a Logistics Foundry Senior Technical Program
Manager to join our team. This position is critical, as you will
provide strong leadership and help drive Global Logistics
Organizations (GLO's) transformation in support of IDM 2.0
(Integrated Device Manufacturer) in becoming a foundry. You will
bring in industry Best in Class global logistics practices from
Foundries and/or OSAT's. This includes defining requirements for
our future state capabilities and implementation of a multi-year
capability (people, process, and tools) roadmap.
In this position you will help us with the following critical
responsibilities:
You will provide strong leadership and help drive GLO's

Qualifications
This position is not eligible for Intel immigration
sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial
Engineering, Operations or in a similar field of study.
5+ years global logistics work experience at a Foundry or an
OSAT.
3+ years of leading strategic global logistics transformations in
SAP.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial
Engineering, or Operations or in a similar field of study.
Consulting experience in global logistics and Foundry/OSAT industry
best practices for capabilities (people, business processes, key
decisions and tools).

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US,
California: $136,750.00-$232,630.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location
and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows
employees to split their time between working on-site at their
assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work
model may change to accommodate business needs.
