We are representing a growing company in the financial services
and insurance industry that is looking to bring on a newInsurance
Customer Service Agent!
Schedule:hiring for Monday, Thursday, Friday 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM;
Saturday, Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Tuesday and Wednesday are
This individual will handle inbound and outbound telephone service
calls along with administrative tasks - all in respect to
insurance, policy updates, account management, and coverage
Provide phone coverage in accordance with position description and
in adherence to the claims coaching scorecards.
Promote participation (when applicable) in company program
Actively work to increase product knowledge - will utilize
proprietary systems and resources in continuous education and
May be called upon to handle other duties as required.
This person will be working with high-stress and sensitive customer
issues, so customer service, empathy, and professionalism are
absolute must haves.
Candidates must also beconfident, self-motivated, detail-oriented,
organized, and possess the ability to multi-task.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and
comfortable and able to learn new systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passionate about customer service and to help people.
