Responsibilities:

Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
--- Be a knowledgeable resource and connector for everything in the purchase process
--- Prospect for both buyer and seller leads, convert leads to appointments and close for exclusive buyer agency agreements
--- Consult clients on market prediction, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and all related matters to ensure fair and honest dealings
--- Conduct a thorough needs analysis to ensure all fiduciary services to all buyer clients including evaluating client financial abilities and personal needs
--- Activity tracking - input and report all prospecting and client servicing activities regularly for accountability to keep the team informed
--- Communicate diligently with the operations client care team to ensure the highest level of service to all clients from initial contact to close
--- Attend team meetings, masterminds, coaching, retreats, and team-hosted client events
--- Oversee open houses for team listings and generate leads from them
--- Research and show clients properties that align with their expectations, property requirements, and price point that is within their buying power
--- Be a team player - we share everything that can help our fellow team members. If you have the knowledge, share the wealth

Qualifications:

Organized and manages time effectively
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
Tech savvy
Great communication and social skills
--- Proven track record of success in sales or business
--- Have a valid real estate license in Rhode Island or is willing to obtain one
--- Ability to follow systems and procedures on a daily basis
--- Excellent communication skills with a track record of being a strong negotiator and influencer
--- Must be full-time with no side employment
--- Self-starter that loves working with people
--- Enthusiastic, determined, and driven to succeed
--- Have grit and understands that there is no shortcut to long-term success
--- Great sense of humor!
