Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for
driving pipeline growth across the Nova portfolio by identifying,
engaging, and developing new opportunities within assigned accounts
and target markets. This role focuses on outbound prospecting,
inbound lead follow-up, and rapid engagement when speed to contact
is critical. The BDR partners closely with Account Managers,
Clinical Sales Specialists, Inside Sales Account Managers, and
Field Applications to ensure opportunities are properly developed,
routed, and advanced to support regional and national growth

individual Inside Sales role, managing assigned accounts and
opportunities. Drive revenue growth through renewals, upgrades,
add-on opportunities, and proactive outbound activity. Ensure
timely follow-up and engagement on inbound and routed leads,
particularly when speed to contact is critical. Partner closely
with Account Managers and Specialists to support account
strategies, opportunity progression, and customer coverage.
Establish and reinforce standard workflows, sales processes, and
best practices across the Inside Sales team. Maintain accurate
opportunity management, forecasting, and activity documentation
within Salesforce.com for both individual and team-owned
opportunities. Participate in regional and national sales meetings,
business reviews, and planning sessions. Escalate risks, gaps, or
operational issues as appropriate and collaborate with leadership
to drive resolution. Perform other duties as assigned. What we are
looking for in you Bachelor’s degree required Clinical, scientific,
or business-related degree preferred. Demonstrated success in
inside sales, account management, or customer-facing sales roles
within healthcare, diagnostics, or medical devices. Excellent
communication, organization, and time management skills. Strong
business acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics and
drive improvement. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across
field sales, applications, and cross-functional teams. Proficiency
with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office applications Minimum of 5
years of experience in inside sales, sales management, or
healthcare sales. Experience supporting hospital or health system
customers preferred. Physical Requirements for this role include:
Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer-based
work. Ability to participate in virtual meetings and occasional
travel for sales meetings or training sessions as required. The

Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Targeted Salary Range: $80,000 /year Nova
