Conduct initial patient assessments and periodic evaluations. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic counseling and intervention. Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Expertise in various therapeutic techniques and modalities Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Proficiency in electronic health records systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or similar Certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is preferred but not required
